HubSpot custom properties are essential to store unique information about your contacts. To create custom properties in HubSpot CRM
- Click on the gear icon located on the top-right section of your HubSpot portal.
- On the left side bar, check for “Properties” and select the right object.
- After selecting the object, click on “create property”.
- Select the group under which you want to create the custom property.
- Name the custom property and give a description to understand what information this custom property stores.
- Click on ‘Next’
- Select the ‘Field Type’ from the drop down list.
- In my case, I have selected the drop down menu and have given the drop down menu values.
- Click “Next” and choose the “property visibility”
- Later, click on “Create” to create HubSpot custom property.
